Description: New design of a six-storey retirement care home building, incorporating reinforced concrete shear walls, post-tensioned concrete slab floors and reinforced concrete columns. Sub-contracted via BGT Structures Ltd.
Role: Design engineer conducting detailed design of building, including Etabs 3D FEM, and defending design through peer review process.
42 Bramley Drive, Auckland
Description: Detailed seismic assessment of three storey residential apartment building, incorporating reinforced masonry blockwalls, steel floor beams, rib infill concrete slabs, light timber framing, and timber joist mono-pitch roof.
Role: Project engineer conducting assessment and reporting.
15 Stoney Ridge, Christchurch (3)
Description: New double storey residential dwelling approx. 400m2 footprint on a sloping site with various construction forms, including masonry, concrete, steel and light timber framing.
Role: Lead engineer overseeing internal design delivery and external coordination through developed and detailed design phases.
40 Belfast Terrace, Queenstown (3)
Description: New triple storey residential dwelling approx. 600m2 footprint on a sloping site with various construction forms, including masonry, concrete, steel and light timber framing.
Role: Lead engineer overseeing construction phase delivery, while coordinating with contractor, architect and other stakeholders.
16 Silver Beech Street, Takanini
Description: New single storey residential dwelling of approx. 180m2 footprint.
Role: Lead engineer for design of Rib-Raft foundation, specific timber lintels and wall bracing.
7 Rushgreen Avenue, Papakura
Description: New single storey residential dwelling of approx. 200m2 footprint.
Role: Lead engineer for design of Rib-Raft foundation, specific steel frame support, and a timber retaining wall.
62A Opaheke Road, Papakura
Description: New double storey residential dwelling of approx. 120m2 footprint.
Role: Lead engineer for design of Rib-Raft foundation, specific steel frame support, first floor joists, wall bracing and timber balustrades.
Modular Housing, NZ Wide
Description: New design and review of modular housing, built in light gauge steel framing.
Role: Project engineer overseeing design and documentation to local NZ consenting requirements.

Description: New double storey residential dwelling of approx. 190m² footprint. Role: Lead engineer for design of steel pile/timber beam foundations, seismic bracing and various gravity support beams/posts.
8 Stronsay Lane, Christchurch
Description: New double storey residential dwelling of approx. 130m² footprint, with reinforced masonry block ground storey and site retaining walls. Role: Lead engineer for design of Rib-Raft foundations, steel beam supports, seismic bracing and retaining walls.
